Walk-Ons CEO Brandon Landry presents at Franchise Times’ spring finance conference, now the Franchise Investment Conference, in May,
Franchise Times has changed the name and the structure of its annual spring finance conference in order to better serve its audiences: Senior executives from leading franchise companies and franchise lenders and investors. Now called The Franchise Investment Conference, this exclusive event will debut in 2020.
CEOs and CFOs from more than 50-plus franchise companies will provide an inside look at the business and expansion opportunities in their brands. The program is beneficial for franchise owners, lenders and investor attendees who can visit multiple breakout sessions to meet one-on-one with senior leadership of these successful franchise businesses.
“This new framework will greatly benefit the franchise community,” said FT Publisher Mary Jo Larson. “It’s a great opportunity to network, and find out more about the business opportunities available in these exciting brands.”
Wingstop CEO Charlie Morrison, this year’s keynote speaker, will share the story of Wingstop’s growth as an emerging brand into one of the most well respected, international franchise concepts. He’ll also include insights on how they grew it to 1,300 locations, and takeaways on how you can learn from his experience.
Franchise Times has also moved the event to Dallas, and the Renaissance Plano, part of the Legacy West Entertainment district.
“Dallas is a great site because it’s a business hub, with easy access from both sides of the country,” added Larson. “This is easy in-and-out for business travelers, and we chose an upscale venue with a lot of space for networking and substantive dealmaking.”
